A simple, user-friendly machining cell has five machining modules mounted on the same frame, which combines the high productivity of parts within a 300mm3 cube with excellent flexibility.
The Vertiflex 300 machine is a simple and user friendly Flexible Machining Cell, suitable for the production of medium volume parts which can fit into a 300mm cube with minimum set-up times and reduced cost per piece The machine is the result of the combination of more machining modules, horizontal (up to five) and vertical (up to three), mounted on a single frame; parts with five and more faces and of any shape or material are machined completely in one chucking to assure high quality finished products

Independent CNC satellite worktables, available with indexing of 360 or 360,000 positions.
* Automatic tool change with CNC operated six-spindle turret head with 1s chip-to-chip time.
* Hermetically enclosed work-area that allows for use of a large quantity of coolant, reduces noise level, avoids pollution of outside environment.
* Compact construction minimizing floor space requirement, without special foundations.
* Ergonomic loading/unloading station with automatic door.
