New Head Design For Shippable Dispensers
Rieke Packaging Systems, Englass has introduced a new head design for its RS3 and RS5 range of lock-down shippable dispensers for personal care, hair care, medical and healthcare products.
The Airless Dispenser has been developed for the fast and easy dispensing of all types of creams, lotions and gels, said Rieke.
It is available in a choice of two modern-looking designs - slim-line or wide-bore - in sizes from 50ml to 200ml, with 0.5ml, 1ml, 1.5ml and 2ml dosing options, added the company.
A suck-back feature pulls product back in to the nozzle for clean and hygienic operation and the top fill dispensing pack provides simple filling, it is claimed.
The dispensers can be specified in natural, transparent and coloured combinations with a variety of decoration options, to enable them to be personalised to individual brand requirements.
Rieke's finger foam dispenser, which draws product from the container and mixes it with air at the point of dispensing, is said to offer a number of features to ensure practicality and ease of use whilst providing on-shelf impact.
Non-metal contact construction means the dispenser is compatible with a range of product formulations and ingredients.
The new RS30 is claimed to be one of the most versatile and durable pumps produced.
If features a modular design with a variety of dosing options that can handle a range of product viscosities, and it is also said to be capable of fitting a broad range of bottle capacities.
The dispenser, which is suitable for a number of markets, such as food and household products also offers new safety features, including tamper evidence and improved security during shipping.
The RS3 and RS5 lock-down shippable dispensers offer a choice of six head designs with doses from 1ml to 5ml and are suitable for a variety of closure sizes.
Developed for markets including personal care, hair care, medical and healthcare, the dispensers can incorporate different valve systems to enable them to handle products of varying consistencies, from free-flowing lotions to thicker soaps and creams, said Rieke.
They are also suitable for alcohol-based products such as hand disinfectants.
