The system relies on three other RealVision products: ToolManager, Preset module, and webDNC.
ToolManager is the most powerful and easiest to use tool crib management system available today.
It handles all tool, gage, tool operations, tool life, tool rework, and fixture management requirements.
The Preset Module interfaces with most presetters.
It allows users to set and download complete tool lists, download an individual tool offset by serial number, pre-configure tools for setting, manage multi-cut tool presetting, and link tool drawings for instant access at the presetter.
RealVision's webDNC provides state-of-the-art DNC communication.
Capabilities include web-based machine scheduling, PDA support, secure NC file management, revision control, job package distribution, interactive machine monitoring, and job tracking and scheduling.
