Workholding vices suit 5-axis machining

Latest range of workholding products to suit all types of machine tool and table size include an expanded range of 5-axis vices and jaws.
Roemheld is expanding its range of 5-axis vices and jaws, following its success in the demanding Formula one workholding sector Roemheld said that its vices are already highly regarded for their rigidity, repeatability and performance with Formula One racing car manufacturers

An extended range of 5-axis vice jaws is also now available.
Managing Director of Roemheld, Bill Neal, said: "Machining tables are generally becoming smaller, which is why we have extended our range of Hilma vices to include more compact vices that still offer a larger than life performance." Roemheld said that its workholding products have aided efficient cylinder head production during the last few years.
The Roemheld Stark zero point mounting range and the original Speedy 'Classic' will demonstrate how simple ideas 'stand the test of time'.
As well as Matrix hydraulic clamping systems, new elements within the Roemheld range designed for bespoke clamping fixtures will also be on show.
