Bowl feeder drive unit meets GMP
standards
A bowl feeder drive unit has been designed for use in clean rooms where equipment requires rapid change over for auto claving and uses SS tooling meeting GMP standards.
RNA offer a new bowl feeder drive unit for use in clean rooms where equipment requires rapid change over for auto claving The drive unit uses a pneumatic clamp to secure the bowl top which is dowelled into position for accuracy
Tooling is manufactured from 316L stainless steel for clean room GMP standards.
Base equipment including drive unit and bowl top are RNA standard with tooling manufactured in house bespoke to customers individual requirements.
Feed speed and orientation of components can be tailored to each application giving future proof automation to the assembly line.
