Self-contained palletising system now in UK
Since the launch of Werner's new PSU component palletiser late last year, demand for the system has been considerable.

Rodriguez these modules offer high loading capacity, high rigidity, quiet operation and are complemented by a wide choice of motors, plug-in positioning system and controller.
Three basic modules have been introduced.
All are made from extruded aluminium section with high torsional strength and driven by a wide, wire reinforced toothed belt.
The design ensures the guiding profile is protected against external forces.
Module 160/15 is a double width version of the 80/15.
Both comprise a static axis body with moving carriages and are rated for speeds up to 5m/s.
They have integrated guide rails with lifetime lubrication and inductive limit switches into the axis extrusion that are wired to a common plug; an additional reference switch is available on request.
The motor on these modules is mounted either directly or via a transmission belt.
For maximum flexibility, a standard choice of servo motor or 2 phase stepper motor is available to suit the application; specials may also be fitted.
There is a choice of 6 different mounting variants and 4 transmission ratios.
These can be altered to suit any application changes.
Module 90/15 has a static motor drive with moving axis body.
This compact system has an inside profile bar guide and integrated planetary gear and is designed for speeds up to 3m/s.
A rotational axis with a maximum angle of 440deg may be specified as an option.
