The most effective time-saving devices are often the simplest and this certainly applies to a stock gear range that enable gear and shaft to be secured in a single, swift operation.

The most effective time-saving devices are often the simplest and this certainly applies to the new K-Clamp stock gear range from R A

Rodriguez.

Designed and manufactured by Japanese gear manufacturer, KHK, the compact K-Clamp stock gears enable gear and shaft to be secured in a single, swift operation.

K-Clamp uses a crescent-shaped insert in the gear bore as a pressure wedge.

When the adjacent hexagonal socket head screw is tightened, the wedge clamps the shaft in position.

It eliminates the need for secondary machining and for auxiliary mounting hardware.

This patent-pending device can be used repeatedly without damaging the surface of the shaft.

It is best suited to relatively small gears in light load applications.

The use of a key in addition to the K-Clamp is recommended for higher-load applications.

Ideal for mounting hubless gears, the K-Clamp stock gears are especially suitable when position adjustment is needed after assembly.

Seventy variants complete the range.
