The latest version of VirtualGrind software by Rollomatic was presented with many new features designed to reduce setup time for both the machine and program The software has a realistic 3D machine simulation where all the mechanical elements on the machine can be correctly displayed and simulated together with the grinding process

A collision alarm is included, which practically eliminates the time-consuming "dry-run" cycle on the machine.

Together with a new process, not yet released, which offers an alternative method of wheel measurement, Rollomatic expects to be able to set-up a machine and yield a tool within specification from the first blank.

This process has a trademark by Rollomatic called "EasySetUp".
