Stan Draper of Chinese Chef found that Rotech machines were the problem solvers that he needed.

He had dealt with other coding and marking machine manufactures and knew that they were unable to meet his requirements.

The application was to print a 'use by' date on to a boil in the bag pouch.

The print needed to be resistant to boiling, freezing and could not weld the pouch shut.

Rotech came up with a solution to the problem, which was said by Chinese Chef to be well engineered and operator friendly.

Rotech's off-line semi-automatic Hot Foil printer was modified to meet Chinese Chef's specific requirements.

Stan Draper's experience of other companies had made him a sceptic.

After dealing with Rotech he said: "The company's after sales service and communication were found faultless.

Rotech is the type of company that is a pleasure to do business with.

He has also personally recommended Rotech to other companies.
