Precision punching and profile grinding have been developed considerably over the last few years by a subcontractor that has invested generously in modern plant.

Manufacturing techniques for precision punching and profile grinding have been developed considerably over the last few years Ruester has invested generously in its manufacturing facilities and the factory now covers an indoor area of more than 8000m2 At the same time our entire stock of machines has been extended and modernised

This also means that we were able to optimise manufacture of production and volume production parts by means of new linked production lines.

Precision punching is one of the highly-specialised areas within which we work.

There are considerable benefits as against normal punching: smooth cut edges and therefore high bearing qualities with dimensional accuracy to a hundredth, along with the fact that complicated and costly finishing processes are no longer needed, to name but two.

State of the art precision punching machines offering press forces of between 400kN 6300kN (40 - 630tonf) are able to process steels of up to 12mm thickness.

Our machines are designed and selected to fulfil the most varied requirements as regards fine cutting qua-lity, precision, material thickness and production volumes as efficiently and economically as possible.

Ruester has also developed unique expertise in the area of profile grinding, founded in the manufacture of plates and other components for textile machines, where requirements as regards shape and precision could only be achieved using advanced grinding techniques.

A large number of automatic grinding robots, profile grinding machines, surface grinding machines as well as long-bed, outer and inner circular grinding machines open up a huge range of possibilities in order to fulfil the most visionary of tasks.

Further fields of activity include de-burring and rounding-off of edges, hardening, cleaning and conservation as well as mounting of complete subassemblies.

Ruester also manufactures the necessary tools in its own toolshop using state of the art CNC equipment.

Ruester uses one of the most modern 2D laser machines available today, as well as the latest precision presses, for production of prototypes and small runs.

And Ruster always keeps a wide range of stainless steel materials of the most varied qualities and thicknesses in stock, which solves one problem from the very start - procurement of raw materials.

The company exhibted at Euroblech and showed parts and subassemblies from the automotive industry, the electrical and electrical tool industry, printing and textile machines and other metalworking sectors.
