As the new mini CLIX Ex d device plug and flange socket installation variants are now also available with an NPT thread as well as metric M20 thread, they are suitable for all applications at an international level.
Further additions to the mini CLIX plug connector system are due at the end of 2005.
These include a Y-adapter for looping through the data or power supply lines for use in fieldbus installations, a 6-pin version and a 6+PE-pin version.
