The extremely small parting widths in 2mm, 1.5mm and 1mm options considerably reduce raw material usage.
The insert is held securely by a unique clamping solution ensuring accurate location and ease of use.
This in combination with very tight indexing precision and produce workpieces with very close length tolerances.
Two dedicated insert geometries ensure peak performance and excellent surface finish in all workpiece materials.
The same holder can be used for all insert widths giving maximum versatility.
