SAS Automation has individual jaw kits for the new style of GRZ 20-16 robotic gripper finger The jaw kit consists of one jaw and one hex screw pin

It offers injection moulders the ability to interchange jaws.

SAS said that the challenge to customise the application of a parts/sprue plier led to the development of the GRZ 20-16 with removable screws.

The jaw kit will provide moulders with the ability to easily interchange and configure the jaw size by ordering kits of the same size to customise gripping systems.

Customising gripping options offers processors greater flexibility in designing and configuring tools on the production floor, said SAS.
