Omron STI said that its G9SX-GS Safety Guard Switching Unit protects operators and machines while increasing machine productivity.
They are resistant to many compounds and chemicals, and are designed for mounting MS4600 safety light curtains in wash-down applications.
These enclosures are constructed with an acrylic tube, acetal ends, and stainless steel brackets, and are available in sizes from 10.4 to 82.4in.
A radial seal prevents fluids from coming in contact with the safety light curtain.
