In order to provide a complete product package to major end users Sandvik has partnered with leading laser welded tube manufacturer Webco, bringing together the joint expertise of the two companies in servicing this important sector of the oil and gas marketplace.
The service centre and Houston warehouse now carry master coil stocks of both seamless and laser welded tubing to enable fast track order fulfilment.
Available in stainless steel grades 316L and A825 (Sandvik Sanicro 41), these stocks cover the most popular size range and grades used in these oil and gas applications - 6.35 mm - 12.7 mm (outside diameter), 0.89 mm - 1.65 mm (wall thickness).
Other grades such as SAF2507, San28 are available on short lead times.
Offering extensive expertise in ready to install, control and chemical injection line package solutions, the service centre can supply seamless and welded tube delivered on customer's own reels or de-coiled and cut-to-length.
Encapsulated systems can also be provided, as can a flush and fill service with hydraulic oil, according to Nas Class 6, standard for cleanliness.
Technical support is available from Sandvik to assist in the correct material selection for a given environment and, where the requirement exists, to develop a product for bespoke applications.
