Low maintenance chiller system saves
costs
Chiller system employs a closed loop airblast free cooler and needs little maintenance - in Winter it cools the water to a few degrees above ambient temperature and can save costs.
With ever increasing pressure on energy costs the Greenbox-made Sandretto UK free-cooling chiller may be just the item that cost-conscious processors need during the current cold weather The Sandretto UK supplied solution is modular - expandable with the size of the processing operation - and allows the user to monitor performance from office environments "Free cooling is not a new concept but has been improved over the years," notes Chris Whitlam, Sandretto UK Ancillaries manager

Easy-to-maintain mould temperature controllers have fast and accurate heat-up time and can accurately maintain programmed temperatures.
"Our Greenbox-supplied system employs an irblast free cooler.
It is closed loop and so needs little maintenance - unlike traditional cooling towers.
The free cooler blasts air through a heat exchanger.

Robots purpose-built to serve injection moulders
Purpose-built for plastics injection moulding machines with locking forces of 8200 -18000kN, a robot offers a high level of positional repeatability with minimal vibration.
In the winter months this cools the water to a few degrees above ambient temperature and can save thousands of pounds over conventional systems." Whitlam adds that the investment is modest: "The customer typically requires an automatic three-way valve; airblast free cooler and some pipework modifications.
We check pipework sizings and custom design the ensuing pipework in order to ensure the system is effective as part of the free cooling package.
The Greenbox chillers have pressurised tanks as standard in order that they can be linked together to give additional cooling capacity as you expand your factory." Temperature control is a critical factor of any cooling process and Greenbox has accordingly developed two products to remotely monitor the cooling system: The first system has temperature sensors at all the critical areas of the cooling system and provides a real time reading of the cooling system and also historical data.
This data is fed to a central computer that can be monitored remotely.
A second, simpler system, sends a message to the customer's mobile phone with a fault code should the chiller malfunction in any way so that issues can be resolved before impacting on production processes.
The Greenbox chillers can be supplied with up to four independent refrigeration and cooling circuits in order to give the necessary comfort factor in production.
Greenbox, supplies chilling equipment across the globe and has an enviable reputation for quality and innovation.
The company also supplies a complete range of equipment including mould temperature controllers, dehumidifiers and cap cooler.
The Greenbox chillers are true industrial chillers giving a wide spectrum of temperature control.
"One of the key assets of our partnership," says Whitlam, "Is the capability to supply complete pipework circuit designs to processors.
We do this in order to ensure that every customer gets optimum flow and pressure at every machine on the cooling circuit.".
