"Consequently, for example, our market share of plastics ancillary equipment continues to grow; including sales of chillers, hopper loaders, masterbatch dosers and conveyors This month has seen us fulfil orders for over thirty conveyors from standard machine to bespoke installations." Sandretto Italy celebrated their 60th anniversary in October with an Open House marking a significant vote of confidence in the business and also showed the world the extent of current and forward production of Sandretto injection moulding machines.' The restructuring of Sandretto's Grugliasco factory now contains the injection moulding machine assembly lines for the whole Sandretto machine range, including the latest NOVE HP, NOVE HPF and MEGA TES.
Jeff Taylor's role as business development manager now embraces marketing and communications within the Sandretto group - a task that he will add to his role in general sales and project management.
A significant new energy-saving initiative - the Power Saver - designed by Taylor is finding many takers in the marketplace.
"We found so many customers talking to us about the excessive rises in electricity prices and energy," said Taylor, "That we decided to do something about it." After some months of development the Sandretto UK Power Saver unit is the result and is now on the UK market together with explanatory software and service.
The coming winter months are expected to boost Power Saver interest and sales.
