In addition to Sound and Vibration Technology's existing, comprehensive noise and vibration testing services, they are pleased to announce a new capability for the measurement of floor and building vibration This capability is the result of investment in specialist data acquisition systems capable of measuring signals down to a tiny 25 micro 'G'

The system was developed to measure the suitability of a laboratory floor for the installation of a nanotechnology device intended to extract interstellar grains from meteorites! Sound and Vibration Technology has a team of 12 engineers whose troubleshooting credentials are put to the test, often in very demanding circumstances.

This not only tests the skills of their engineers, but also the portability of their equipment and their flexibility working in new environments.
