A modular networked manufacturing system has software for machine monitoring, job queue presentation, job recording and technical data distribution with DNC and probe data collection.

Seiki Systems will introduce its Networked Manufacturing System (NMS) software, version V4.37, at the UK's MACH 2008 machine tool exhibition NMS has been enhanced to assist manufacturers to become more 'Lean' by increasing production efficiency and by supporting continuous improvement strategies

At factory floor level NMS covers the following.
