The cushions are available in three convenient sizes: 8 inches by 5 inches, 8 inches by 8 inches and 8 inches by 12 inches.
To begin using the Fill-Air NTS system, simply plug it in and turn it on - the entire system is electric and works off of a standard 110-volt outlet.
Next, install the easy-to-load roll of uninflated bags by placing the roll of film on the mandrel and feeding the edge onto the rollers.
The bags are automatically drawn through two rollers, inflated with air, sealed and collected in the cushion bin.
Once the inflated cushions are collected in the bin, the timesaving, automatic refill feature is activated.
When the Fill-Air NTS inflatable cushion supply is low, the sensor is triggered and the system automatically begins producing more cushions until the supply is replenished.
Once the cushion bin is filled to capacity, the system automatically ceases cushion production.
