French coil processing equipment manufacturer Dimeco Alipresse has launched 'Dimeform', a new folding machine, which uses a rotating block to fold precision enclosure components leaving no marking of the lacquered or highly polished finish found in aluminium, pre-painted or stainless steel sheets Dimeform is designed to manufacture a wide variety of products including communication and IT enclosures, metal furniture, light fixtures, ceiling and cable trays, white goods, heating and air conditioning products It is now available through Shear-Form Machine Tools, the Coventry based sheet metal and plate working machinery supplier, Dimeco's sole representative in the United Kingdom

This would allow simple or complex upwards or downwards folds to the achieved.
The combination would be specifically designed to suit the product.
Shear-Form Machine Tools can design a Dimeco Alipresse flexible production line to suit the product being made.
A recent line was designed and installed to make complete electrical power cabinets incorporated de-coiling, coil straightening and feeding, 'Linapunch' punching and stamping, shearing and roll forming, blank feeding 'Dimeform' folding and welding.
