Low cost transfer trolley eases tool
changeovers
An easy to operate, low cost power press tool transfer trolley makes it very simple to remove press tooling from any make of press within its capacity.
French coil processing equipment manufacturer Dimeco Alipresse has launched a new low cost power press tool transfer trolley that makes it very simple to remove press tooling by being easy to operate It also locks the tooling onto the ball table so that there is no chance of the tooling moving during transfer operations

The ball table has two main functions firstly ease of transfer of the tooling and secondly the ability to lock the tooling through the design of the balls, both two critical safety features.
One sheet metal fabricator saw one in Dimeco's factory being used and ordered two there and then.
It is probably the lowest cost trolley available on the market.".
