It can be used on steel tubing, pressings, stampings, castings, precision engineered products, gear wheels, scissors, cutting tools and a multitude of other products up to 450mm long for de-burring, burnishing, cleaning, descaling, polishing, degreasing and flash removal.
No particular training is required and it is very fast in deburring small to medium size parts, removing all sharp edges and burrs with a short cycle time of around 5 minutes.
A single phase 230V parts and media separator is also available as an extra.
This unit separates parts and media in 30 - 890 seconds with either 9.5mm, 16mm, 22.2mm, 38mm or 51mm wire mesh screen supplied.
