Press Feeding System provides press feed line monitoring so that feeding is synchronised with the press' stroke rate and provides incremental feed length corrections whilst the press is operating.

Shear-Form Machine Tools is the sole UK representative for Swiss metalworking equipment manufacturer Jorns AG, who has introduced a new series of bending machines.
The System provides incremental feed length corrections whilst the press is operating using the feeder's servo control.
The straightener/feeder speed and the decoiler braking torque parameters are automatically adjusted.

A PID regulator monitors the straightener speed maintaining a programmable constant loop height by means of an ultrasonic sensor.
The produces a continuous and smooth line performance.
