Silicone rubber profiles make masking
easier
Bespoke manufacturing of silicone rubber profiles with high temperature compounds provides masking for use in coating, painting and plating processes for operations up to 315degC.
Silicone Fabrication Services is now offering bespoke manufacturing of silicone rubber profiles that can be used for masking in coating, painting and plating processes, with high temperature compounds available suitable for operations up to 315degC Supplied cut to length and offered with an adhesive backing to assist in location, the use of tailor-made sections cuts down on laborious taping operations in masking applications
These silicone products have an extended post-cure to eliminate contamination.
Cut tube lengths are available colour-coded to indicate bore diameter and length.
Mandrel-built hose is offered for large diameters up to 127mm.
SFS can also manufacture moulded items in these materials for both low and high volume requirements.
