Following the installation of higher capacity machinery, custom cut gaskets can now be supplied in a wider range of materials and with increased speed of delivery.

Silicone Fabrication Services has expanded and enhanced its services for producing custom cut gaskets, which can now be supplied in a wider range of materials and with increased speed of delivery.

Utilising new machinery with increased capacity, SFS now offers delivery in just three to five days from receiving an order, including the production of new tooling.

The gaskets can now be produced in other materials such as neoprene, EPDM, cork, paper, natural rubber and Viton as well as technical grade silicone rubber.

Specialist silicone compounds including food-grade, low smoke and low toxicity, fire-approved to UL94 VO and metal-loaded or carbon-loaded are also available.

Silicone sponge gaskets, with a smooth finish and with a fabric impression are also offered.

All gaskets can be supplied with adhesive backing.

Low cost has been maintained for both large and small volume orders, largely due to the use of special inexpensive bespoke tooling.
