Magnum is a dynamite solution

With an average 17 million daily deliveries, TNT Post is one of the world's busiest delivery firms and it uses the Magnum as a robust returnable container.

Operating internationally, it ensures parcels are delivered quickly and efficiently.

TNT post are regular customers of Schoeller Arca Systems, so when it needed to enhance its transport capabilities in the UK, it naturally turned to the plastic packaging experts for a solution.

Returnable transit containers (RTC's) were TNT Post's answer.

The right containers for the job had to be able to handle large volumes of bags and parcels.

Dimensions were also important.

Space utilisation was essential to make transport cost efficient, so a stackable product had to be found.

The product that stood out was the Magnum.

Part of Schoeller Arca Systems' foldable container range, it is a robust and hardwearing container.

The Magnum range is reusable, returnable and recyclable.

Expanded polypropylene construction gives it strength and durability, perfect for withstanding the knocks and rough handling that are part and parcel of road transport.

Magnum is easily folded down and stacked five high when empty.

On return journeys this saves up to 60% of valuable space, slashing transport costs.

It is also weather-resistant and allows air flow, preventing goods from 'sweating' en route.

The Magnum series is flexible and incorporates a variety of different size options.

This allows it to accommodate a wide range of customers and applications.

TNT Post opted for the 1200mm x 1000mm x 1200mm version.

All Magnum models feature integrated four-way forklift truck entry, which means moving them around a warehouse or depot is simple and pain-free.
