New EMEA headquarters for Servigistics

Eurocopter has announced that it has selected Servigistics to enhance its global Service Parts Management operations.

Among the new members of the team at the strategic service management company, Servigistics welcomes Shawn Lane, director of sales EMEA, on secondment from the US.
Lane comments: "Our track record of enabling companies to transform after-sales service operations through strategic service management has provided a solid foundation to build a successful European business".
Servigistics will be recruiting in the Bristol area and is currently looking to grow its European business development team with a French speaking executive.
Servigistics clients include industry leaders such as Dell, EMC, Eurocopter, Motorola, Subaru, Sun Microsystems, Volvo and VW.
