An integrated casepacker offers a combination of economical and reliable casepacking for RSC cartons using a new generation of controls that integrate motion and logic into one system.

SIG Pack Systems will demonstrate its new integrated casepacker, the SIGTBL-i, which offers an outstanding combination of economical and reliable casepacking for RSC cartons This new casepacker is part of the innovative SIG Systegra turnkey packaging concept which offers a new generation of controls that integrate motion and logic into one system

Designed for various applications, the SIGTBL-i casepacker operates with well proven toploader technology.

This toploader technology offers the highest flexibility, with gentle handling, for numerous product formats, such as soft, asymmetric or shaped products, which cannot otherwise be grouped and handled in a simple way.

The SIGTBL-i casepacker is offered for all common RSC case formats and provides easy access to recharge cartons and change formats.

The RSC cases will be formed with a positive blank picking unit and are packed at a maximum speed of 30 cartons/min.

The case forming, toploading and case closing are integrated on a base frame.

As single items, or as a batch, the cartons are loaded with the toploader, before being closed and sealed with tape or glue.

Regular Slotted Cartons (RSC) are very common in packaging, being primarily used for shipping and transportation, or when products have to be placed in stock.

The cartons are very economical and combine functionality with the protection of the product.

In some industries, in smaller dimensions, they are also used as displayable packages.

Stand E51, in Hall 5A, at Ipack-Ima.
