Improved lead times for precision engineering
A precision engineering firm has invested GBP 90,000 in improving lead times and increasing capacity for bigger contracts.
They hope it will reflect the changes made since they were established in November 1981, and help them compete with larger organisations for lucrative contracts.
Joint MD Phil Smith said: "Things have changed a lot since 1981, when we were established as a jobbing shop for local manufacturing companies ".There's nothing wrong with that, and we are very proud of our roots.
Our current customers and suppliers have made us what we are today, and we will retain the same level of commitment to them as we have for the past 25 years.
"However, we felt a new logo would help create the perception of being a bigger company, so we can compete for bigger contracts".
