Following industry requests for higher purity levels, a range of valves minimise particulate and chemical contamination to levels to meet the most demanding requirements.

Following industry requests for higher purity levels when using fluids in advanced processing applications, SMC the worlds leading automation control experts, have responded with the launch of their latest HP valves - Series LVQ As part of the current SMC high purity range, the new LVQ valves, with their integral fittings, incorporate many new and unique innovations minimizing both particulate and chemical contamination to levels compatible with the most demanding of requirements

With outer surfaces made from high density PVDF fluororesin, alleviating the need for any metal materials, series LVQ offers high levels of corrosion resistance and is compatible with chemicals such as, acids, alkalis and ultra pure water.

Designed with a special diaphragm support bushing to prevent micro cracking and with dual spring construction to reduce height, the high pressure connection pilot connection (215 lb/in2 at 100 deg C) can be rotated to 8 different positions.

In addition, series LVQ unique piston damper reduces and softens impact reducing the formulation of particles and cavitation.

All products are cleaned, assembled and packaged in clean room environments thereby ensuring the highest standards of product integrity and maximum life cycle.
