SFC appoints sales and marketing manager
Mike Fynes has been appointed Sales and Marketing Manager at Smith Flow Control, the world leader in valve control safety systems for the oil, gas and chemical processing industries.
Mike Fynes has been appointed Sales and Marketing Manager at Smith Flow Control, the world leader in valve control safety systems for the oil, gas and chemical processing industries.
He joins the company from Columbus IT Partners UK.
Mike has over 26 years' experience with the Halma Group, previously holding senior sales and marketing positions for Fortress Interlocks, Castell Safety and Ellis Interlocks in the UK and Castell Inc in the USA.
He joined Columbus IT Partners in 2001, looking for new challenges, but was enticed back to the Halma Group at the beginning of this month when he was offered the position at Smith Flow Control.
Mike has built up an encyclopaedic knowledge of the interlocking business and is keen to apply this knowledge in his new role.
Commenting on his new position, Mike said, "SFC is the acknowledged world leader in valve key-exchange interlocking technology.
My aim is to ensure the continued growth of the company by focussing on new markets as well as consolidating our position in areas where we are already strong.".
