Microsoft Windows based computerized maintenance management solution can be used for equipment maintenance, plant maintenance, facility maintenance, fleet maintenance and other tasks.

SMGlobal has released FastMaint 3.1, a Microsoft Windows based computerized maintenance management solution (CMMS).

It is targeted at the needs of small to mid-size organizations and workgroups.

FastMaint comes both in a single user and a multi-user edition called FastMaint Professional.

FastMaint can be used for equipment maintenance, plant maintenance, facility maintenance, fleet maintenance and many other types of periodic tasks.

FastMaint can help track costs, inventory use and identify future needs.

Users may plan work for the week, month, quarter, year or any period they define.

Workload balancing, a new feature, can help reduce overtime costs by identifying days with too much work or with schedule conflicts.

Users may enter feedback on jobs done and use History reports to detect problem patterns.

An add on web browser based work request module is also available for external users to submit maintenance requests.

For a limited time prices start at US$450 for the single user version.

A fully functional trial version is available for download.
