Sanderson's Unity print solution is to provide The Production Company with system capabilities in managing the business and a dedicated, customer web communications interface

Sanderson, the print MIS software provider, has won a new contract to supply its latest Unity print solution to The Production Company, specialists in corporate and commercial print production.

The Unity print solution will support the company's growth and development plans by providing an integrated system that utilises the latest web technology to extend system capabilities in managing the business and to provide a dedicated, customer web communications interface.

As a rapidly expanding, customer-centric print organisation, The Production Company had a unique set of requirements in looking for a dynamic print MIS to drive their business forward.

Two primary objectives were to ensure they deploy the latest technology within their digital and litho production divisions and to deliver a seamless digital interface to the customer.

Sanderson is providing a dynamic web interface which will allow customers to receive templates of their work to approve and then return to The Production Company.

The templates include digital images to develop the print material, instantly and seamlessly.

The customer web portal facilitates the print process, from initial enquiry through to production and delivery of the finished product and fully integrates with the Unity print management system.

The Production Company will benefit significantly from using one fully automated and integrated system that will enable them to manage key areas of the business simultaneously, generating cost, time and process efficiencies.

The web portal will allow them to exceed customer service standards and improve accuracy and reliability in the approval process.

In addition, the Unity solution offers them a multiple estimating facility to support several business channels and the time and attendance module will improve their control over fluctuating labour levels.
