Shrinkwrap machinery for Middle East
dairy
Shrinkwrap Machinery has received an order from the AlMarai Dairy Group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a stainless steel Top Tray 1000 machine which places plastic trays on groups of 6 bottles.
UK-based Shrinkwrap Machinery has landed an export order with their customer AlMarai Dairy Group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Shrinkwrap has previously installed 45 machines into 26 different packaging lines at the massive dairy site
The order is for a stainless steel Top Tray 1000 Machine; the equipment places a rigid plastic tray on top of 6 plastic bottles of juice at a speed of up to 600 bottles per minute.
Bottles are fed from a single lane feed into an eight lane conveying unit interlocked with the packing machine.
Vertical de-nesters with extended magazine feed separate the trays using pneumatic air jets.
The Top Tray 1000 will be built and tested on site at Shrinkwrap's manufacturing site in Poole Dorset then shipped out to Saudi Arabia for installation ahead of Ramadan; the busiest time of year for dairies in the Middle East.
