Multipix cameras have high image quality
Latest machine vision cameras from Multipix feature a 30 frames/s per second image capture rate with the high image quality demanded by industrial automation to electronics manufacturing.
With SVSi's advanced image-cued trigger capability, GigaView never sleeps - recognizing jams, defects, and stoppages 24/7 with no external trigger input and records these events at 530 frames/s for 1280x1024 images at shutter speeds down to 1/100,000th of a second.
Through windowing, frame-rates up to 17,000 frames/s can be achieved.
High image resolution, 10-bit pixel depth, and high frame-rates mean no detail is missed during line inspection.
GigaView does not solve problems.
But it is the quickest method of determining what the problem is for process engineers and technicians when things move too fast for the human eye to see.
GigaView can be controlled remotely and digital video observed over the gigabit Ethernet interface or through an analog monitor.
For troubleshooting of infrequent events, GigaView has multiple memory sectors each capable of capturing digital video of a line jam or defect.
This means GigaView is always looking for problems - even during several consecutive events with insufficient download time between events.
During unattended operation, GigaView can be set up to recognise production line anomalies and record multiple instances without capturing hours of unusable video - only the video of interest is saved and presented for immediate playback.
No external signal or third-party equipment is needed for problem recognition or troubleshooting and video can be downloaded to any computer on the network.
Setup and recording is easy and can be done in 10 min or less.
High-speed packaging and production lines mean expensive down-time.
GigaView was designed and built to minimize down-time and optimize return-on-investment.
With convenient mounting holes on all sides, it can be placed anywhere on the line or integrated into packaging machinery for real-time data acquisition.
SVSi provides engineering support for the GigaView product line to address custom or embedded applications.
