The new HIO16 high power relay I/O board from Splat Controls is an expansion board for the Splat range of controllers featuring 8 heavy duty relays, each capable of switching up to 20A at 240VAC.
Splat Controls is a manufacturer of embedded programmable controllers who supply OEM users world-wide with off the shelf and custom control solutions.
Splat have released a new high power relay I/O board.
The HIO16 is an expansion board for the Splat range of controllers.
It features 8 heavy duty relays, each capable of switching up to 20A at 240VAC and with an 80A motor inrush current rating.
In total the board can control up to 38kVA worth of loads, which the company believes is the largest load every controlled directly by a programmable controller product.
