The MA 45 is available with metal panels in place of the standard glass window panels, eliminating the hazard of broken glass in the production area.
Furthermore, it features a ceramic heating element, which unlike halogen elements is also completely glass free.
The MA 45 is packed with features designed for speed and efficiency, not least the ceramic IR heater (infrared radiator), which guarantees even distribution of heat and infrared rays over the sample surface.
The MA 45 features a new rugged monolithic weigh cell, offering a weighing capacity of 45g at 1mg resolution, with results displayed as percentage of moisture, percentage of dry weight, percentage ratio and weight of residue.
Temperature ranges from 40OC to 230OC and the MA 45 gives users a choice of three modes for end-point determination; Fully automatic, Semi automatic with user-defined shut off or Timer mode.
The compact, space saving design is complemented by an easy to read backlit display and a manual flip up cover which opens wide for easy access to the chamber.
For further efficiency up to three user-defined programs can be stored in a non-volatile memory.
An optional printer is available for GLP compliant printouts.
