Inspection system X-rays small products
An X-ray inspection system developed specifically for small products is only 1300mm long, making it easy to integrate into packing lines but has the technology and image processing of larger types.

As X-ray inspection is not sensitive to moisture and salts in the product, a very wide range of products can be reliably checked for both metallic and non-metallic contamination, including glass, ceramic, stone, bone and most plastics in addition to identifying missing, underweight or broken product inside opaque and sealed packaging.
The 200mm wide conveyor belt of the new model, suitable for products with a maximum width of 165mm and maximum height of 105mm, augments the Raycon range to provide X-ray inspection for products up 380mm wide.
The use of the well-proven modular conveyor system design provides the flexibility needed to meet the requirements of a wide variety of product and manufacturing applications.
