A two station cross-hatch-pattern-finishing machine can be used for flat and spherical surfaces with high accuracy Part feeding is via NC-axis

The machine has a rapid feed as well as a fine feed with spark-out operation.

Therefore extreme high parallism and surface flatness, such as required for pump parts with stepped surfaces and uneven cross sections, can be produced.

The machine can be operated semi automatically or automatically.

An optional attachment is a gauging device.

The machine can be easily operated and has a low change-over time.

Therefore only a low budget for tools is required.

The machine offers an universal application, including the automotive, hydraulic components in, injection pumps, electronics industries and others.

The electrical cabinet contains the control, which is freely-programmable.

The control panel contains a CRT for fault diagnostics, operator guidance and process visualisation.

The machine accepts components up to 400 mm diameter.

Working dia.

Is 30 - 300 mm and workpiece height is 1 - 185 mm, or larger on request.
