Among the solutions evaluated, SAP was named a leader for multinationals with its mySAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) application.

To assess the state of the human resources management systems market, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top HRMS vendors.
The evaluation criteria targeted process functions, technology and customer experience.
The 92 criteria of evaluation were grouped within 3 main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence.
