French retailer chooses product for its advanced technical approach and ease of use
Caroll, a subsidiary of the Vivarte group, has selected Sunopsis Data Conductor to optimise its information system for its new warehouse that supplies all of its 300 stores in France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Japan The goal was to optimise and improve the internal processes, and especially the inter application data flows

"A request for proposal was sent to several vendors recognised in the integration space," explains Murielle Motte, IT Manager for Caroll.
"We wanted to make a quick and pragmatic choice".
"We have hence submitted to these vendors two specific use cases among the most complex we typically encounter, asking them to present us with a prototype within 3 weeks".
"Sunopsis was the only vendor capable of building the prototype in front of us in 2 hours," adds Murielle Motte.
"The product is really easy to use and development timeframes are much shorter than with our existing tools".
Unlike other products on the market, Sunopsis Data Conductor manages both batch data flows, with large volumes, and near-real-time flows, in trickle feed mode.
This perfect match to the needs confirmed the choice of Caroll.
Commenting on Sunopsis Data Conductor's architecture for batch data flows, Murielle Motte says: "Sunopsis Data Conductor is easily incorporated into our exiting infrastructure, its E-LT architecture exploits existing resources and avoid us the deployment of a dedicated server - generating important performance gains without additional expense".
