High performance bearing race OD grinding machines offer a super-stiff platform that permits peak performance in high horsepower/high accuracy applications.

Massachusetts based grinding machine manufacturer Service Network has announced the introduction of their new SN200/400/800-E high performance bearing race OD grinding machines.

They can be arranged as shoe machines or chuckers with automatic loading of bearing races up to 190mm OD or a hand load capacity of 750mm OD.

The machines super-stiff platform permits peak performance in high horsepower/high accuracy applications.

The rigid hydrostatic slides are designed for lifetime performance and friction-free response to finite control signals.

The company offers a variety of control packages that are designed to use SNI's customized grinding machine software.

The SN200/400/800-E external machines compliment the company's SN400-I internal grinders that were introduced in 2001.

Company President, Edward Camp, noted that customers now have a single source from which to fulfill their ID and OD machine requirements.

He also announced that the company has already entered orders for several of the new machines.
