Depth pressure transmitter measures
water
The ATM/N Depth Pressure Transmitter measures the level of fresh water and more corrosive medias such as, sea water, brackish water, waste water, hydrocarbons and other corrosive chemicals.
The ATM/N Depth Pressure Transmitter not only measures the level of fresh water but also more corrosive medias such as, sea water, brackish water, waste water, hydrocarbons and other corrosive chemicals The ATM/N level transmitter can be used in salt water if the all titanium body option is specified and when hydrocarbons or other corrosive chemicals are present the ATM/N/Ex ATEX version with FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) jacketed cable can be specified to ensure the sensor is fully compatible with the applications typically found on landfill sites or petrochemical sites

The ATM/N/Ex ATEX approved level sensor is also suited to waste water applications where low ranges are required for open channel flow measurements.
The ATM/K/N/Ex flush face diaphragm version is ideal for measuring level of sewage treatment tanks which reduces clogging of the diaphragm and makes it easy to clean.
The pressure sensing technology is a highly stable semiconductor strain gauge element which is isolated from the media via a stainless steel or titanium membrane which is backfilled with a silicone oil filling.
For measuring levels in sewage treatment tanks a flush faced ceramic sensing technology is utilised which provides a diaphragm surface which is highly abrasive resistant and easily cleaned.
The pressure ranges start from 1 mH2O gauge and rise up to 250 mH2O gauge with accuracy options of 0.1% FS, 0.25% FS or 0.5% FS.
The electronics can be 4-20mA current output or amplified voltage 5 or 10 volts, and a lightning protection circuitry option can be added if required.
To make servicing easier a detachable cable version can be used which makes it possible to interchange sensors without removing the cable installation and stock spares without having to cover combinations of pressure ranges and cable lengths.
The ATM/N is a truly versatile level transducer for all submersible applications across a wide range of liquid media.
