Synchronisation and time companies merge
A provider of synchronization products, Spectracom, has merged with Temex Sync, which designs and manufactures time and frequency products.

The new company will be headquartered in Rochester, New York, USA, with a business unit in Les Ulis, close to Paris, France, where Temex Sync already has substantial sales in Europe and throughout the world.
