The dry nozzle check valve body can be used as either a regular nozzle body or, with a simple push and turn, transforms a standard spray dry nozzle into an efficient, drip-free assembly.

The Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valves prevent spray nozzles from dripping into drying chambers Designed for simplicity of use and reliable operation, the Drip-Pro nozzle body can be used as either a regular nozzle body or, with a simple push and turn, transforms a standard spray dry nozzle into an efficient, drip-free assembly

The Drip-Pro's one piece body design incorporating check valve, keeps overall length to a minimum and minimum parts and compact design does not add extra length to lance assemblies.

The Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valve's patented design can be incorporated into new or existing systems and keeps a standard appearance to conventional nozzles.

* Simplified sealing - a simplified sealing system reduces parts on the Drip-Pro to a minimum and the availability of body thread in special 'low thread gauling' stainless materials extends the life span of spray lances and nozzle carriers.

The Drip-Pro's unique 'quick disconnect' bayonet design allows for easy assembly and cleaning and is available to suit all spray lance configurations, in either weld-on or screw connection.

The Drip-Pro Spray Dry Nozzle Check Valve is an all-Australian and world patented design and is used by the world's largest drier manufacturers and dairy producers.
