Centreless finishing machine offers versatility
Offering a high degree of versatility with different feed wheel angle settings, centreless finishing machine is designed for a cylindrical parts including tubes, pipes, pins and shafts.
Abrasive machine automatically radiuses corners
Abrasive belt machine will automatically radius corners corners on metal enclosures in seconds, as the abrasive belt head will pivot around the corner automatically.
The S4 system has a mechanical design that uses a universal ball bolt, which enables components to be fixed reliably in seconds, thus reducing set-up and changeover times, said SurTech.
Comparative tests with conventional work tables and screw clamps showed a potential saving of up to 40%.
With more than 100 additional tools, the S4 system can be used for producing individual welded parts and prototypes for 'one-off' and series production, either for manual and/or robotic applications.
For hole spacing and alternate operations that demand a level of accuracy the S4 can hold a working tolerance of 0.03mm.
Constructed from high quality steel, the S4 guarantees a high degree of dimensional precision whilst demonstrating a robust nature that delivers a long product life.
The S4 tables are available in various materials such as steel, cast iron or stainless steel.
For extremely robust applications S4 tables are available from extremely strong Hardox, steel from which digger shovels are manufactured.
Known for its properties of extraordinary flatness, uniform surface quality, great resistance to wear and weld spatter, Hardox tables are built for robust applications.
Now available with plasma-nitrided coatings the latest version of the S4 table is hardened to approximately 550 Vickers, which offers optimal resistance to weld spatter, scratching and corrosion.
The S4 System table is available in two basic versions with 16mm holes and a 50mm grid or alternately with 28mm holes and a 100mm grid.
The modular concept makes possible a production line to virtually any length required with the wide range of accessories enabling the system to be adapted to the most varied demands.
