No smoking low cost signage, bins and
shelters
Screwfix has provided premises managers with low cost signage, bins and shelters to meet the new no smoking regulations.
From 1 July, 2007 the whole of the UK will be banned from smoking in enclosed public spaces With fines of up to GBP2,500 for those in charge of premises who fail to stop people smoking, and on-the-spot fines of GBP200 if they have failed to display no-smoking signs (up to GBP1000 if the case goes to court), the no-smoking ban needs to be taken very seriously
