System 3R will be showing at EMO its 3HP leveling head for improving wire EDM operation and its WorkMaster modular robot, which can handle up to 130kg palletised EDM workpieces.
"The companies that cross that bridge are those that are sure to be successful in remaining competitive and securing their future".
"At this year's IMTS show we will demonstrate how this can be achieved." System 3R USA are launching 4 major new products at IMTS 2006.
* WorkPartner Robot- the latest addition to our automation range for pallet changing, both on the machine table and in the machine spindle.
* WorkPal Compact Servo Robot - an easy-to-use, user-friendly pallet changer with a very small 'footprint' (less than 1.2m square).
* Vibration Damped Palletisation - allowing machining with higher cutting data, providing better surface finish and reducing tool wear.
* Delphin BIG - a clamping system that holds up to 10 tons.
The full range of other proven tooling and workholding systems are also be on display.
System 3R has always taken pride in our 'open architecture' approach to product design and development.
Thus many of the world's leading machine manufacturers - also exhibiting at IMTS 2006 - are incorporating System 3R tooling and automation systems into their own products to enhance the productivity of their equipment.
"No other company in North America has the strength in depth that we have," said Sedvallson.
" This guarantees a level and quality of customer service and support that is not matched by any of our competitors." He said: "Our mission is to help our customers operate as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
