Now, whatever the shape of the ends you manufacture, all the advantages of the recently launched SI9100 Semi-Automatic Enamel Rater are available to you.
With an easy to use operator interface, soft touch keys, large display, multi-language support and recessed connectors in an IP65 rated corrosion and waterproof case, the SI9100 provides the industry standard conductivity test for cans and ends.
During the simple test procedure, the SI9100 checks: continuously for good contact that there is sufficient electrolyte in the adaptor that the end has been changed between tests then it automatically: starts the test sends the results to a network or computer displays the batch result.
All the errors that could be caused by a repetitive routine are eliminated.
No ends are wrongly passed because of bad contact or lack of electrolyte.
No areas are missed through insufficient electrolyte.
The operator doesn't have to remember to press any buttons or record each reading.
He just has to concentrate on completing the simple routine for each end in the batch as efficiently as possible.
If you already have an SI9100, then this plug and play adaptor is a simple addition to extend your test range.
